Beautiful winter formal or homecoming dress medium

This is a gorgeous dress with three straps that open up the back in a very elegant way. It also has a neck collar type thing that buttons around the neck making the dress stand out. The straps do not sag and it fits very nicely.This dress is a teal blue color with black accented flower print all over the dress.
