Beautiful long cutout dress 

This boutique dress is gorgeous in excellent like new conditions worn once for a cruise. Has beautiful colorful pattern and high neck with buttons behind neck and crisscrossed back. Lower waist has hidden zipper in back. Peephole in breast area and waist side openings. I removed the tag but waist is approx 12.5 inches. Would fit a size 0 comfortably or small Size 2. Measures 43 inches long from lower part of breast stitching. I’m 5’2 for reference and I wore this with heels/wedges
