Beautifully Embellished Dress w matching shawl

I purchased this dress, worn once, by a fellow Posher in anticipation of attending a formal event that never happened. Unfortunately I do not see any events where I would have the pleasure of wearing this beauty in the future. it is burgundy w beautiful beading all over including the hem. it comes w a matching shawl. it is completely lined and the outer fabric is crepe.
