Beautifully detailed dress!

So much detail on this cotton and silk dress. Top is white with eyelet pattern, black belt across the waist and long flowy layered skirt with artistic flair. Exposed silver zipper on the back. Designer unknown. No tags but I’m a size 2 -4 and it fits me well (see picture). Measurements: Length: 58” Waist: 13” Bust: 16” Length of white top portion: 15.25”
