Beautifully detailed long black dress

Gorgeous couture dress! This can definitely be tailored for a smaller person , there plenty of fabric in the skirt area . Has a sewn in mini slip . It’s got the most beautiful detailing in the arms and chest area. This is very long. I tried it on to be able to give customers an idea and I’m 5’11” and I put heels on so probably about 6’1”-6’2” and it was hitting the bottom of the heel .so a lil shortening in the skirt would be good open to reasonable offers no rude or low ball offers please 😊
