This is amazing! A super versatile super fun or can be dressed up skirt or top. Got it at the designer's Soho in NYC store! You can wear it as a one shoulder, completely off shoulder, strapless top or even as an above the knee flare skirt as the model does! The model is a size 4-6 for reference. This will fit anywhere from a size 2-10 because of its drawstring option. Max waist measurements taken flat 20 inches. Made in the USA.

sambal @sushigal awesome! :) so at its widest, it is 21 inches measured on a flat surface on one side so it will total 42 inches total circumference. Hope this helps! :)
