Bebe Bandage Skirt in Olive

This used to fit lower on my hips, but I am bigger now so it is a high waisted skirt! I think it looks cute with a crop top. I just don’t have anywhere to wear those. There are no stains, no snags, and no rips. I’m not sure I ever was able to wear it more than once or twice.
