Bebe Black Dress w/ Pleated Puff Sleeves

I only wore this a couple times, but this is such a great sexy dramatic dress! You can see the last time I wore it/dry cleaned it was in 2014. 😆 this dress is too great to hide in my closet for 10years and needs to be worn!
