Bebe Black jacket with a gold zipper. There is some intricate design in the jacket. It appears to not be lace. I don’t know what it’s made of but very comfortable jacket. It’s comfortable stretchy material so wearing it gives no desire to take it off. It’s a dress up or dress down jacket slightly raised in the back.
