Bebe Black Romper, Size 8 (runs small, size 6)

Runs small! Probably the cutest, most chic outfit I have owned. It has been worn lightly but is in great condition and in a smoke free home. The romper has two straps and a collar that goes around the neck. It is very elegant and is perfect for both cocktail parties and can be casual when paired with a jacket.
