Bebe Black and White Mandala Bubble Dress

This cute black and white bubble dress by Bebe has an elastic band at the bottom and quite a bit of stretch. On the mannequin it measures about 30” long. This has been used and the silk seems a bit worn so the price reflects that, but this is still a trendy little dress with a lot of life left.
