Bebe Blue Blouse

This is a beautiful mesh like shirt. I know mesh sounds weird but I don't know how else to describe this material. It's super soft and light weight, and the blue hue is to die for. A real statement piece. It has an open collar and the sleeves are buttoned at the wrist. There is also elastic on the bottom front of the blouse for comfort and the back wears a little longer.
