This is brand new. I saw it in the window on a mannequin and loved it! My mom bought this for me for xmas and too bad she wasted that much money on something I wasn't going to wear. This is more than a statement necklace, it really can make a plain dress shine or skirt and top. This is in perfect condition. I had it in it's own storage box and never took it out or tried it on.
