This Bebe coat can be used as a short sleeve coverup over tube dress for spring/fall days, or as a super cute dress (Safety pin bottom). Fully lined inside, Princess cut. It great condition. Was purchased 16 years ago, worn 3 times. If it still fit, I would not sell it. Flat measurements: Breast 18 inches, waist 16 inches, length 32 inches (from neck to bottom). There is some stretch in the material. Body 75% cotton, 22% nylon, 3% spandex. Decor 100% leather.
