Bandage fit and flare dress by Bebe. Really great thick stretchy material. Sucks everything in. Sleeveless with tank straps. A-line silhouette. Round neck. Flared skirt. Exposed back zipper closure. Unlined. Good pre-loved condition. There's a very faint light colored mark at front (please see the last pic), but only noticeable under certain lighting. Otherwise no flaws. Measurements laying flat unstretched: Pit to pit 13” Waist 12” Length 32.5” I'm 5’8” 34D-27-38, usually wear a size Small. Dress fits true to size.
