Bebe Dress

BeBe dress that has thinker straps that go over the shoulder. Top has the appearance of a sweater. But is lighter material. Under the chest it is a silk type material with a yellow black and white design. The materials can be found in the pictures. That has Bebe logo on the squares of the pattern. It is 26 in from the arm pit to hem and 15 in across the chest but stretches so will be tight then flare out in the skirt part.
