sharrijones @sarasunega hi Sara. It’s previously used but no signs of wear and tear. I don’t gave anything to measure the waist. I’m trying to find this style online so I can get the manufacturers details to you.

sharrijones @sarasunega the Bebe website says there XS dresses tend to be a 25.5 waist however this material is pretty stretchy. I wore this up until I was about a 27 waist.
