Bebe Halter Dress with peep hole on the chest

Used and gently loved, but still in awesome condition. Beautiful colors, great summer dress with matching belt which is also reversible and can be worn as all patten leather. See pics for details - two very fair small stain and a little on the belt. 95% silk 5% spandex - body; trims - 78% silk, 22% spandex. Did not come with a size tag for some strange reason but it’s a small.
