Bebe Illusion cut-out sparkle dress white XS NWT

Bought this dress as a second look and never wore it because when I got to my venue I realized one of the straps was broken and needed to be repaired, also never got the bottom hemmed. The dress is super cute and sexy just needs to be adjusted - fit amazing and I’m sorry I never got it hemmed because the bottom has dark staining I assume from people trying on in fitting room.
