Bebe Knee length Floral wrap dress

This size small dress is in great shape! I’ve worn it maybe twice. It has a soft velvet feel, but it’s not heavy. It goes to your knees in the front and lower calves in the back (I’m 5’11”). This is a wrap dress, so it has a tie on the inside and then ties again on the outside. The only issue with the dress, is the left strap is twisted, the only way to untwist, would be to unstitch and resew it. This comes from a smoke free home.
