Bebe Off the Shoulder Bandage Dress

Striped black and white off the shoulder dress. Perfect for a night out clubbing. One strip on the back needs a bit stitching and there are small yellow stains around the left collar that are visible in the pictures, however, I believe they can be cleaned and removed. Only worn once. Willing to reasonably bargain.
