Bebe Peplum Yoke Midi Dress

Brand newish. I bought this on Newbury St. in downtown Boston in the late 2000's or early 2010's...you know when EVERYTHING was Peplum. I never made the time to style and wear this while I could still fit it! It has been quietly adored in my closet for years.
