Selling these black low rise flare pants from Bebe size 6. The material is satin and very smooth feeling on the outside. No material tag, but I'm guessing it's nylon. VGUC - these have been worn, but there are no snags or obvious signs of wear, the material is still in good shape. Measurements: waist 15" hip 17" rise 8.5" inseam 31.5" leg opening 11"
