Bebe fitted pencil skirt. New Never Worn. The picture looks like it's blue but it's actually purple. Took pictures with and without flash and it still looks blue. danielle7585 @kbsh5 I would say it's true to size BUT it's stretchy so even if you wear a large it would fit but be stretched if you like a tighter look. But also if your on the small side it would fit and not give that loose look. It's form fitting to me. Hopefully this helps some.
