Bebe Strapless (or thin halter strap) Dress

Bebe jade green and black patterned dress. Silky and strapless (there a thin, detachable strap to make a “halter,” which is how I wore it). Slightly cuts upwards in the front for a flirty peek-a-boo. Purchased 10 years ago and only worn once on NYE.
