NWT, beautiful Bebe hi/low maxi. This dress is so beautiful and very well made. With 2 layers of fabric from top to bottom it’s very flowing and sophisticated. High front hits at about the shins and full maxi in the back. Very colorful, soft and sexy. V front neck line side zipper. 55” length from back neck to bottom hem, 36” from waist to bottom in back & 26” skirt length front. Neckline is 11” & waist circumference is 24” at just below the breast line. Beautifully made.

@jeliramp the waist line is not around the waist, it’s more like an empire waist line.. I am quiet broad around this area because rib cage size, back muscle, and breast size. But the actual smallest circumference is just below the breast line at the diaphragm, not the ‘typical’ waist line. Just a little insight.. and I have a short torso... just a little extra info. And yes, it is beautiful, and so well made, especially for how BEBE is nowadays
