Bebe Vintage Inspired Dress

Black, stretchy, halter, peplum detail, button up- this dress has so many beautiful details. I first purchased in 2010 and have kept it stored for all these years because I just love it. Beautiful on but sadly no longer fits. Priced for uniqueness, this dress is currently hard to find in this size and condition.
