Set sail this Summer by wearing this white short sleeve mini dress with black horizontal stripes by bebe. Nautical look. Form-fitting and highly elastic/stretchy with tight fit. Measurements: 28.5” length 14.5” width pit to pit Size Medium For reference, the measurements of the mannequin are 35” bust, 26” waist, 35” hip.
