Bebe bandage dress with bottom flare M

Sexy black Bebe bandage dress. Very thick but stretchy material. Bottom has a slight flare with a bright blue stripe across the bottom. Excellent condition except a very small hole on the top right as shown in pictures - easy to stitch or you wouldn’t even need to because it’s not noticeable when on. Also there is a rubber strip across the top to hold it in place and this shows a little wear. Length is 26.5”.
