Bebe black 3/4 Sleeve Ruffle hem Lace Blouse

Beautiful lacework. Slight stretch and soft feeling lace. Also while the tag says small it can fit a medium. New with tags never worn just tried on. I'm a 36 C in the bust and it fits me quite comfortably. Also it is black just put up the cream colored pic to show the lacework. Make me an offer!!
