Yes I can try this on for you once I get home tonight my top size is a 36b and there still plenty of room on top because it that stretchy material however to be honest not sure if this would fit a dd ( I know it fits up to a 34d as my friend wanted to borrow this dress for an event but choose another shorter dress instead)
