Bebe brand blouse

This blouse is in excellent pre-loved condition. Worn once for an event but it has no pulls, stains, or tears. Feels like you’re wearing a scarf! Very pretty, Victorian collar with small buttons on the back. Short sleeves with detail as shown in pictures.
