Is this true to size? Does it have any stretch?

@marisacdr Hi! It is not a true size 6, as Bebe tends to run small. More like a 4. It does have a little bit of stretch in it though. I would say if you are a true 6 it would probably be a bit tight, as it’s tight on me and I’m about a size 6 now.
