Bebe dress xxs. Super cute collar and tie.

Bebe Maxazaria dress. Worn very few times. Does have one very small stain, barley noticeable. I almost missed it and was looking hard. It is a short dress. Has wrap around tie and a plunging neckline that isn't too revealing but very sexy. Has 3/4 length sleeves. Is very soft 94%ploy, 6% spandex. This could be a dress for parties or for office.
