Bebe dress/shirt

Casual/club dress blouses a bit at waist. Cut very low, front and back. Not for the faint of heart 😉 Falls to about mid thigh but, dress is stretchy and can be adjusted slightly up or down. Works w leggings or not. Drop shoulder, kimono (short) sleeve. Black straps across the back. White with black stripes. Material is jersey.
