Bebe dressy top

Ruffles and thick lines design make this dressy top. It has a back and halter neck stretch to keep it comfy. It also has buttons all down the front for an easy way to change the style of the top to more casual or more dressy! The halter neck of the top has very minor discoloring on the white but sure it can be dry cleaned for a newer look.
