Bebe fancy sequin dress 🔥

Bebe dress size medium wore once. Fitted black material underneath. Sheer black over that with beading on the hemming. Bottom of the dress is all beading and sequins. I don't see any missing but maybe a few but unnoticeable if any are. Very classy and well made
