Bebe girls green tied cropped top w/scrunched back

It’s a green top for kids that would probably fit a 14/16 size. I say this because the tag was cut off there for I do not know the exact size or material, however as I said the size is most likely a 14/16 and the material is quite stretchy. You can also find exact measurement in the photos I provided. It also has a pre sewn on tie in the front of it as well as a scrunched part in the lower back of the top. It is cropped but not by much, it stops at about the belly button. Questions? Message me!
