Bebe lacquer red and black silk blouse

Bebe red button down blouse with interlocking logos. 3rd button down is missing, but you can be taken from the top as you most likely will not button them anyway. Stitching is coming out slightly around the arm, but it doesn’t effect the look, or make a hole( pictured) Two teeny tiny runs runs on left and right side( pictured), but they are so small you have to look up close to see, and isn’t noticeable...:/ the picture didn’t even really pick it up, but price reflects flaws.
