Bebe brand dress sized XXS or extra extra small. It was never worn. The tags were removed because I got it altered. It was more of a maxi and now fits more like a midi. There are spaghetti straps that criss cross in the back and are adjustable. It’s about 39” long from the top corner of the breast. Super cute dress and never worn so it’s in great shape!
