Bebe mini dress – sparkly sequin and lace, EUC

Beautiful little black dress with a sheer midriff panel. There are sequins on the band and skirt portions with a lace overlay. I absolutely love the construction of this dress – peep the understated shoulder pads (photo #4)! It's very elegant and flattering. Only worn once, no flaws. :) It's an XS – fits 0-2 best. Mini length and bodycon fit.
