This cute thing is by Bebe. Inside tag say M, but looks tiny. If you are short it could even be a dress…..the bottoms looks fitted for hips. Made from 97% rayon & 3% spandex. Black with Bebe in gold studs on front. Pit to Pit is 14”. Hippy area is 15”. Shoulder to hem is shoulder to hem is 28”. An adoreablelecpiece at a great price.
