This short sleeve button up blouse is by Bebe. Solid black with a lace ruffle up the front at the button line. It also has feminine gathered sleeves with lace trim and ruching in the back to allow for a flattering waist line. It is a smooth silky feel, but I'm not sure the exact fabric content as that tag is worn. It is missing one black button at the neck, as seen in the picture. Size extra small. Bundle and save
