Bebe silk blouse with turquoise gems size M

I love this silk blouse it’s so adorably chic and one of my favorites! It has a beautiful floral print with sequins and teal turquoise gem stones stitched in. No sequins or gem stones are missing. The frilly sleeves add a nice feminine touch. Only worn a handful of times, it looks great paired with black slacks. EUC size M
