One of my all time faves (I had it in pink & emerald green)!! Bebe strapless top with sweetheart neckline & drapey material in the front to give it a more textured look & also makes it feel loose & it's more "forgiving" rather than showing every insecurity you might have. Absolutely gorgeous!
