Bebe tiered beaded dress, size Small

Striking dress from bebe features a low v neck front and back, a band of black beading at the waist, two ruffled tiers above a pencil skirt. The colors are pink and white on black for the top part of the dress and the straight bottom section is mostly red and pink on black. The dress zips in the back. I did see a light colored spot on the interior lining of the dress. It is not visible from the outside.
