Bebe tube skirt, super stretchy

women's size M/L Bebe tube skirt. Turquoise and Black. It's super stretchy, 92% nylon, 8% spandex. measures 18 inches long and 13 inches across (at the waist). I have big hips, fits me like a glove. Fits like a midi skirt, but if your hips are wider, might fit more like a mini, but NOT a micro mini. It definitely has full coverage, even for those with more to love. For me it fits slightly shorter than a mid length skirt, but not so short that I'd call it a mini skirt. Because it's stretchy, you can pull it down. It doesn't ride up too much. I categorized it as mini because it is a little shorter than midi.
