Bebe wide leg striped black and white pants

Wide leg black dress pants with white stripes. I loved them when I bought them and thought I would have then hemmed but never did. I am too short at 5’ 4”, can only wear very high heels with them, so they would be better for someone a little taller, about 5’ 6” or 7” you would still be able to wear heels with them.
