@amanicool1 Hi! Wears like a halter top. Start by wrapping the neck piece over your head so it wraps around your neck & then button up the front buttons. The neck piece has a lot of stretch so depending, might could wrap around you, button up first and then take the neck piece over your head. Hope this helps :-)
