Bebop color block dress

- super cute, lightweight dress can be dressed up or dressed down - too big for me, but I wish it fit! - flattering banded hem at lower portion of top section - the top has some stretch - personally, I found it to hit me a bit low in the chest area, but that might just be me. Either way, can easily be adjusted with a lower cut bra, bandeau, light, fitted top etc underneath if that is a concern - always see photos for details - feel free to ask any questions or make an offer:)
